Always busy but certain Doctors are a brilliant support

Like every surgery it can be hard to book a routine appointment but I've found the online booking to be very useful (please open more slots though). On the whole I've always got an on the day appointment when it was really needed, after a few calls, or in some cases a Doctors phone call instead (which made an urgent issue less urgent) - being honest with the reception does help with this. The new surgery building is really nice and parking is so easy which takes away the stress of visiting. My main Doctor and a newer Doctor have been particularly supportive and treat my issues & concerns with useful advice and referrals. Sadly, like in most of the Healthcare profession, some Doctors have been less helpful and dismissed my issues as weight related rather than trying to resolve the problem at hand (to the point where I begged for a referral after lack of treatment lead to further injury). Fortunately I know now which Doctor's are supportive - I will only deal with them and they have been able to progress my treatment.
