Violent Behaviour

We have recently experienced several distressing incidents of violence and aggression in the surgery.

Members of our team should not have to worry about coming in to work and face abuse or threats from patients.

We understand that our patients are often stressed and unwell but this is no excuse for abuse of our staff.

If any patient abuses our zero tolerance policy (swearing, shouting, threatening) they will be immediately removed from our patient list without further notice.
