Patients who wish to be referred to a provider for ADHD assessments will only be asked to select from:
- Psychiatry UK
- AWP
- ADHD360
These are our preferred partners and we will only accept shared care (prescribing medication) from them. We cannot accept shared care from any other provider. If you wish to be referred, please contact the practice using our e-consult service available on this website.
